Business History (Logbook)

Founded in 2004 by a group of tourism professionals (mainly tour guides), our company—based in Andalusia, Spain—was one of the first to introduce the use of audio guide systems in the Spanish tourism sector.

Thanks to our own experience working as guides, we quickly recognized the enormous advantages this technology offered—not only to tourism professionals but also to visitors and users alike.

In short, audio guides provided a simple technical solution to the challenge of managing large groups in busy environments such as monuments, cathedrals, and museums, reducing the physical effort required from the guide while ensuring that visitors could enjoy and absorb all the information clearly.

Driven by the positive results of our own field experience, we began our entrepreneurial journey with a rental service operating in just two cities—one in Spain and one elsewhere in Europe. However, the innovative nature and clear benefits of audio systems led to the rapid expansion of our services.

Today, we operate in 27 European cities. Among our partners are major national and international tour operators, as well as important cultural institutions and public organizations.

Over the past 20 years, our continued investment in business development—combined with the reliability and efficiency of our services—has allowed us to grow sustainably and respond to increasing market demands. These include new regulations requiring the use of such systems in highly significant cultural landmarks like Seville Cathedral and the Alhambra in Granada.

Despite the emergence of new systems and technologies, these factors have helped secure the place of audio guides in the tourism market.
